These Terms of Service govern your use of viney.store and any purchase made through the site. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure.

2. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products and display colors accurately. Screen settings and lighting may cause differences in appearance. Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment. We may refuse, change, or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery limitations. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method. The store is hosted by Shopify, but purchases are made directly from VINEY. Shopify is not responsible for products sold by VINEY or for the fulfillment of customer orders.

9. Disclaimer

10. Limitation of liability

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
